Safal Steel boasts a state-of-the-art coating facility, including a Cold Rolling Mill, an Aluminium-Zinc Metal Coating Line, and a Colour Coating Line. Along with these specialist lines, we offer support services such as an Acid Regeneration Plant, a Rewind and Trim Line, a Nitrogen Generation Plant, a Hydrogen Generation Plant, a Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser, an Effluent Treatment Plant, and a Sewerage Treatment Plant. Our commitment to meeting our environmental charter in terms of emissions and effluent management is evident through the use of these services. From the arrival of Hot Roll Coils, which each weigh between 17 and 19 tons, through the Cold Rolling Mill line, cleaning and descaling processes, and Alloy coating, we ensure continuity and product integrity. Our product range includes Zincal® and colour coated products such as Colorplus® and Optima®, with each product subject to regular and extensive quality assurance tests during manufacturing. Our quality inspectors oversee each production phase, and we perform regular hardness, tensile, and yield tests. We also test coating performance, including paint thickness, and subject each product to artificial testing, such as salt spray testing and UV exposure, before it leaves our factory.
